Hosting a Private Party with Corks n Canvas

Here at Corks N Canvas, we love to host Private Parties! Bachelorette parties, birthday parties, girl's night out, bridal showers, teambuilding, holiday celebrations, kid's parties, girl/boy scout troops, and corporate events...Just about anything you would like to do, we can help! To book your party, just pick a date and time and call the store.
Here is some information to get you started.
- Private Parties can be scheduled on any day of the week.
- When viewing our calendar, you will see slots that are already booked. They will have a title and time slot "Private Party" If you would like to have a party during a time that is not listed, please call the store.
- You must have a minimum of 12 people in your group in order to schedule a private party. (excludes kid's package parties)
- The maximum number of guests is 36-40 in our downstairs studio and 15-20 in our upstairs studio. For large groups over 40 people, both rooms can be used.
- You get to choose the painting that your group will be painting. We have over 2500 that you may choose from, including a "Paint your own George Rodrigue BLUE DOG”.
- After Booking we will send you a link that will open up our entire Gallery of Art to you!
- When hosting a bridal event with us THE BRIDE PAINTS FREE!!
- You can request your favorite artist and we will do our absolute best to make sure that they teach or assist at your event!
- You can choose to have either a two or three hour party.
- You may arrive 30 minutes early for your event to set up and visit with your friends. If you need additional time or special accommodations, let us know and we can help you.
- The cost for a two hour private party is $35.00 per person, and a three hour session is $45.00 per person. We can make your party available on our calendar so that your guests may register and pay ahead of time. Just ask and we will get you set up!
- The host of the party holds the spot with a credit card number. This can be given over the phone when you call to schedule with us.
- We have a 7 day cancellation policy.
- If we are not given notice of cancellation within 7days of the event, there will be a charge of $150.00
- You are more than welcome to bring any beverages and/or snacks. We supply ice buckets (no ice), cork screws, cups, napkins, plates, and all of your painting materials.
- Think you will have a hard time getting 12 friends to commit? Ask about partying with a regular class and receive VIP treatment!
- Ask about our new catering options..be a guest at your own party! Be Wined, Dined and split the bill with your friends!

- 3hour/15 person minimum for all off site events!
- $60 flat rate fee for us to bring the party to you!
